Service Fee Agreement
Worth the Miles Travel, LLC | DeRidder, LA 70634
Worth the Miles Travel provides travel planning services for the fees listed below:
To begin work, half of the service fee must be paid. Once payment is received, Worth the Miles Travel will secure and confirm travel arrangements as agreed. The remaining service fee is due upon confirmation of travel. This fee is separate from the cost of your trip.
Service Fee Structure
Planning Fee: $150 (half of the fee must be paid for me to begin working on your itinerary, the other half is due upon confirmation of booked travel).
Trip Cancellation Fee/ Replan Fee*: $100 (in addition to supplier penalties) *Trip is cancelled and rebooked with different itinerary.
Group Travel: Pricing will vary depending on the size of group. (Minimum $50 per person fee)
All return clients will receive a 10% discount off!
By signing below, I understand and accept for myself and the travelers included in my party Worth the Miles Travel's Fee Structure. I acknowledge and accept there are [cancellation policies, change fees, and penalties that apply to my travel plans and services]. I agree to all fees such as cancellation policies, change fees, and penalties, and understand that any un-used portions of travel vouchers are non-refundable. I also understand these fees are separate from the cost of my trip.
